Terms and Conditions
Last updated: March 26, 2026
Welcome to BytseSolutions ("we", "our", or "the Company"), a brand of Bytse Digital & Physical Business Developers LLC. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
BytseSolutions offers web development, mobile development, e-commerce, digital consulting, UI/UX design, and maintenance services. Specific details for each project are defined in an individual contract between the Company and the client.
2. Payments and Billing
Prices are established in the budget approved by the client. We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, Zelle, and wire transfer. All payments are processed securely and encrypted. A 50% initial deposit is required to begin any project, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
If the client cancels before development begins, 100% of the deposit is refunded. Once development has started, the deposit is non-refundable. If you're not satisfied with the initial design, we adjust it at no extra cost per our satisfaction guarantee.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives complete ownership of the source code and digital assets developed for their project. BytseSolutions retains the right to use the project as a portfolio reference unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Delivery Timelines
Estimated timelines are communicated at the start of the project. Delays caused by client non-responsiveness or missing materials extend the timeline proportionally. BytseSolutions is not responsible for delays beyond its control.
6. Warranty and Support
All projects include 30 days of post-delivery support for bug fixes. Additional modifications, new features, or ongoing maintenance are quoted separately.
7. Limitation of Liability
BytseSolutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the project in question.
8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the State of California.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the update date.
